A Phone Recorder Is Training Technique For Sales People
My phone recorder has been a new device in helping my team to meet their sales goals. I am probably a sales force lead for a little beauty product offerings firm. We are accountable for getting contracts to sell our beauty merchandise in stores across the Midwest. I learned by possibility that employing a telephone recorder to record my phone meetings with my team can have great results. I didnt set out to use the recording device a sales tool but that’s just what it turned out to be.
We have meetings over the telephone only when I’m traveling. During these times I’ve used my telephone recorder. These telephone calls have been a very handy tool to check. They’re full of support and lessons that we have learned on the way. I have even played parts of them during our eyeball to eyeball meetings just so I can get the morale going. It is similar to a fuel to get the team out of a bad rut or to explain our vision and goals.
Many sales lessons have been recorded this far too. During our phone sessions the staff may ask questions or explain how they have handled a selected situation. These examples have been helpful to the whole team to grow and learn to aim for excellence.
I’m happy that I selected to install the phone call recorder. I’m of the opinion that having it has made a difference in the standard of our salesmanship and consumer service.
I also use the phone recorder to coach new staff in. The recordings detail the average and run of the mill sales methods and goals we are endeavoring to achieve. There are also talks of mistakes people have made in the past and how we have corrected those. For new staff I ensure to identify the proper way to avoid these mess ups so that we can remain cost effective. The phone call recorder has been an asset to our salesforce and it has saved me a lot of money in forestalling blunders.
