Zygor’s Guide has revolutionalized the way players approach World of Warcraft leveling. Our belief is that this is hands down the #1 World of Warcraft guide out there, for many reasons. First, the guide is delivered in-game, making it unnecessary for you to have to switch back and forth between your game screen and the guide. Second, the guide is extremely easy to follow, and presents you with a quest path that will maximize the rate at which you can complete quests, one after another. 

Here are some of what we consider the key benefits of using Zygor’s guide.

1. An in-game arrow points you to your next destination.
2. No grinding is required, since the guide is entirely based on questing.
3. Everything is delivered in a window that displays inside the game.
4. The map gives you waypoints that update automatically as you quest.
5. Installation is relatively straightforward and only takes minutes
6. Updates are included, so you need not worry about having to purchase additional guides when new expansions come out.
7. There are some guides out there which are only meant for Hunters, believe it or not. This is not the case with Zygor’s guide, which is usable by any class, any race, in any starting zone.
8. Class quests are included.
9. Since the guide keeps track of where you are in the game, whenever you log back in, you are instantly ready to continue where you left off.
10. You can skip around different parts of the guide, so you are not forced to follow any single path, although following the recommended quest sequence in the guide will allow you to level the fastest.

In our opinion, Zygor’s guide is a great resource that should be considered by any serious World of Warcraft player. The one downside we noticed is that it tends to make you play the game in a linear way, taking away some of the natural freedom that comes with MMORPGs, however, if leveling is what you are interested in, following the most optimal path is the only choice you have if you want to get to level 80 as quickly as possible. Getting to level 80 in 7 or 8 days using this guide is not unheard of.
