It was surprising to me what a great ally a phone recorder can be. Opening a new salon could be a very challenging endeavour. There are plenty of details involved in transforming the space to fit your wishes and style. I decided to buy a telephone recorder in case I needed to protect my investment. As the space was being prepared and modified and as contractors came and went, I found it to be a very handy tool. When a query arose in regards to what was agreed or even guaranteed, I had my recorded chats to double check.

Once the company where I ordered my hair washing basins didn’t deliver the basins on time; the installers waited four hours for the basins to arrive and then needed to bill me for the time. I said to the basin company that they’d have to pay for the installers wasted time. They initially refused but when I explained what I was promised and I had it recorded they says sorry and paid the installers the hours owed ; all thanks to my phone recorder.

I’m happy to assert that my salon is up and running now and of course I have installed an inconspicuous telephone recorder at the shop . Latterly a keen debate arose among the stylists; one accused another of pinching her long time customer. With help from the receptionist I determined the time when the appointment was made. I reviewed the call and found that the customer had demanded a stylist but was mistakenly prepared with another. I determined that the receptionist made a howler and the customer stealing poser was untangled; all thanks to my phone recorder.

I have a sense of security with my call recorder in effect. It is a way to grasp what was said first hand rather than with the nuances and miscommunication that may happen with 2nd hand information. It has served me well and it’s been a worthy investment for my business.
