Law enforcement campaign in the Isle of Man has resulted in higher than a dozen people charged and prosecuted after being caught~captured~found~ensnared} whilst they were using their mobile phones while driving a vehicle. Each person was charged with £250 and was cautioned of more rigid punishments if there is going to be a second offense. The issue about texting and dialling while driving a car has long been in the focus as a lot of folks are involved in mishaps and some are even killed while using their mobile phones while in the steering wheel. There have been some phones specially Blackberry brands that allow the owner to put their phones in speaker setting and allowed them to take and make phone calls while traveling. And simply because they may not be charged by a police officer because there would be absolutely no way to know when they are using a cellular phone because of the hands-free element, the practice is still being distressed by authorities and specialists as it might still effectively draw attention away from the motorist and can cause mishaps. The rate of incidents in the US because of driving while intoxicated so far has the greatest number of instances when compared with those as a result of using cell phones, but what exactly is frightening about the accidents caused by the latter is they commonly take place in suburbs and intensely crowded locations where there are children and not like car accidents due to drunk driving that typically take place during the night and in motorways.
