Every race start at various zone; thus you are going to need unique guide for every race, at least until level 12 or so. For every Tauren leveling guide, the first location to cover is Mulgore. There are various strategies to level your toon ; you might want to find a group to accompany you, but right now, a group is not necessary since you can level faster once you learn how to do it properly.

The way to do it right is effectively completing quest after quest that available in WoW. There are two keys to do this properly:

1. Whenever possible, pick several quests simultaneously and then try to do several tasks in an area so you don’t have to run around to the same location repeatedly.

So let’s start this Tauren leveling guide. First, speak to Grull Hawkwind (the Tauren in green) and accept “The Hunt Begins”. Proceed southeast in the area, then kill and loot enough Plainstriders to complete the quest.

When you’ve finished, turn the quest and accept “The Hunt Continues” and your class quest. After you have obtained your skill, visit Chief Hawkwind and get “A Humble Task”. Locate Greatmother Hawkwind and get part 2 of “A Humble Task”. When you have done, return to Camp Narache, turn in the quest to Chief Hawkwind, and accept “Rites of the Earthmother”.

In case you have sufficient experience, you can visit Brave Windfeather and take “Break Sharptusk!”, then proceed south to kill and loot Mountain Cougars pelts from Mountain Cougars. If you’ve done, find Seer Graytongue to turn in the finished quest, and then accept “Rise of Strength”.

Go back to Camp Narache to turn in the finished quest and accept “The Battleboars” from Grull Hawkwind. After that, go east and kill the battleboars on the way to Brambleblade Ravine. When you’ve arrived at Brambleblade Ravine, kill quilboars and Sharptusk to acquire its head.

When you’ve done, head to (63,82) and enter the cave. Right click on Dirt-stained map to get “Attack on Camp Narache”. Come back to Camp Narache for the time being. At this point, you’ll be about level five.
