Hi and welcome to my world of warcraft guide about leveling a hunter in WoW. Leveling doesn’t only take too long, it’s also frustrating and mind-numbing. It’s not even fun. We all just want to hit the max level ASAP.

And that’s exactly what my Hunter leveling article is all about. Let’s head on to my 5-step guide to increase the leveling speed of your Hunter:

1) Choose the best talent spec for your Hunter. In my opinion, the most effective way to level a hunter is the Beast Mastery spec. One advantage of the beast mastery leveling spec is that it doesn’t depend on gear in order to work – you can deal huge damage with your pet alone. This way you can easily fire from the distance while your pet tanks the mobs.

2) Support your bread and butter abilities with Glyphs. Always get them in advance. The wrong way is to wait until you can equip the glyph and then travel to the auction house to purchase it. Always carry them in your bag to be able to equip them as soon as you hit that level.

3) Get a decent gear. I’m not talking about expansive blue items from the auction house and I’m not talking about dungeon loot. Going for those items will either waste your time or waste your gold. A green gear with lots of agility and stamina will do.

4) Only go for solo questing. Yeah, it’s less fun that visiting dungeons with all the exciting encounters and the loot. And of course groups are more exciting than completing all the quests on your own. But the truth is that solo questing is just the fastest way to finally hit the level cap and start enjoying the endgame.

5) Get a leveling guide as soon as possible. A good leveling guide will tell you exactly which should be your next step to streamline your questing path. You will never get confused and save a huge amount of time. It can bring back the fun to WoW.
