Ultimate WoW Warrior Leveling Spec
Welcome to my WoW guide about finding the most efficient Warrior Spec to ding 80 with your WoW Warrior in the fastest possible way. When browsing forums and blogs I often find one question: Should you level with the Fury Warrior talent build or is the Arms Warrior spec more efficient?
But in fact this question can be answered easily: In the early levels Arms is superior. You can switch to Fury later if you want to, but it’s not necessary.
Especially in the early levels of playing your Warrior, the Arms talent build has a great advantage: All the Arms talents give you an immediate boost. If you take a look at the first Fury talents you will see that below level 40 they are simply not that game changing. They are not bad, but compared to the early Arms Tree talents they only increase your leveling speed by a tiny bit.
That’s why I urge you to choose the Arms talent build – it gives you an immediate powerful advantage. Almost every talent supports your bread and butter abilities that will be the core skills of your leveling strategy.
Fortunately the Fury tree is not useless: At level 40 you can finally pick the dual-wield ability. The Fury talent spec immediately becomes more effective and is a viable option for fast leveling. But I want to make something clear: You CAN re-spec if you like dual-wielding more than 2h weapons but it’s still not necessary.
There’s a slight difference between the Arms and Fury build. Fury concentrates on a consistently high damage output while the Arms talent build is way better at creating huge burst damage. Now, you can try to deal huge burst damage and kill off a mob and let your skills recharge while you are approaching the next enemy to increase your efficiency.
This fact makes the Arms Warrior talent spec more efficient than the Fury leveling build in my eyes.
