WoW Warrior Guide
Master WoW with a World of Warcraft Warrior Guide
Have you really sat down and thought to yourself just why the Warrior is so popular in the Warcraft game? There are many guides for the warrior which have tips but mainly for PvP.If you are an inexperienced player as a Warrior, these guides out there will probably seem very technical which is to be understood. But in this short guide we will look at the more basic area of the Warrior and how to play if you like solo or ground play. The Warrior class plays very well no matter what your preference.
Before we continue, I would like you to know that if you are already experienced as a Warrior you might wish to look at my more advanced WoW Warrior Guide.
Most professionals will warn beginners against playing a warrior because warriors depend on thei gear a lot and this can be a challenging criterion to meet if you are inexperienced in playing World of Warcraft. It’s also good on the other side because you can have lots of fun fitting your warrior to your specific needs with the wide variety of gear they can use.Warriors take any weapon except wands and relics and can plate up along with Paladins once they acquire a level 40, .Plating up a warrior not only makes them look fierce but gives them amazing power in an armor sense too.
Taking damage and causing damage is one of the warrior’s best features and for this they are called ‘tanks’.This term is derived from the fact that when in combat warriors are the class that give and take the most damage and are extremely important to have on board if you want success in an attack. There will rarely be runs or raids performed without a tankĀ and the warrior is definitely the best choice of tank.Other classes may take on this role but are usually not as effective.
Warrior talents are divided into trees, just like so with all other classes. Depending on which talent tree chosen, you can design your warrior in the following way:
As Arms Warrior it will allow you to possess many different talents which have defensive and offensive utility purposes. The double-handed weapons are best for the warrior as they deal the most damage to any enemy, also if combined with the ‘Mortal Strike’ ability you will get extra bursts of energy within combat.
As Fury a Warrior you will now have the best ability to power level a warrior in WoW.These will use two handed weaponry and if you combine it with a talent called ‘Flurry’ you can even win a fight with one move.Playing Rogue is an amazing decision to make, it gives you very similar stats and weapon capabilities as any other warrior but it also allows you to use Plate armor which is the best kind of Armor I know of in Warcraft.
Protection Warriors have specialization for both offensive & defensive fighting/combat, they are highly useful in group, raiding & instance runs.Protection Warriors will absolutely last longer in combat due to their reliance on sword mastery skills and also having Plate armor which increases defenses and protection far beyond the protection their enemies will have, this also makes them great Tanks in a raid.
No matter what type of talent tree you decide to build up, the talents and abilities will be limited in access from a stance a warrior assumes. They are: Battle Stance (Normal), Defensive Stance (Protection), and Berserker Stance (Fury).Clearly every stance will be leaned towards whatever kind of warrior you’ve specialized into i.e. for Fury Warriors it will be Berserker Stance and for Protection Warriors (Tanks) it will be a Defensive Stance.
Getting to level 80 in a Warrior class can be tough but that’s where by Zygors Guide Review comes in. It’s an amazing leveling guide for all character classes and both Factions which guides you step-by-step on how to get to 80 in less than 7 days!
