WoW Warrior Guide – Discover The Warrior
Warriors are probably the most versatile class in WoW. This warrior guide will take a look at all the aspects of the warrior and how to make use of your character in PvE and PvP situations. And how to ding 80 with your Warrior fast.
Since you can have dual talent builds and don’t have to spend all your gold to re-spec your warrior, the class is a lot more fun to play. Especially tanks were quite frustrated that they were nearly unable to deal damage or play on their own aside from raids.
Today you can easily switch back and forth between your Protection, Arms and Fury build.
My suggestion is you gather some gear for both an offensive and a defensive build if you want to play solo and in a party.
The first talent tree I want to talk about in this warrior guide is the Protection tree. These talents are what make a warrior a great tank. That is all you can say about the protection tree. They enhance your defense and in combination with gear that gives you stamina you become the center of every raid group.
Just don’t make the mistake to think you can also be a “fortress” in PvP combat. The build is not viable for player versus player … most opponents will simply ignore your damage.
Now, the second build to talk about is the Arms build. This one is great for leveling and PvP purposes. It focuses on slow, hard-hitting weapons. Go for a weapon that has a slow attack rate but deals high damage with each swing. You will get plenty of talents that grant you another free, instant attack with your weapon.
The best thing is Mortal Strike which practically disables your opponents healing in PvP.
Fury is the third talent build in my warrior guide. It’s also viable for leveling but best in PvE when it comes to DPS. You will be able to dual-wield 1h weapons and even two 2h weapons later on! The high attack rate is best supported with a high hit rating to make sure you don’t waste any swings.
I hope you enjoyed my warrior guide and got some value from it. Go ahead and try out every build so you know which one suits you best – have fun playing your Warrior.
